HEALTHY TRUFFLES TO MAKE WITH YOUR KIDS: SUPER EASY AND NO-BAKING REQUIRED
INGREDIENTS:
- Dates (1 Cup)
- Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
- Nut Butter: almond, peanut, sunflower, etc. (1/2 cup)
- Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoons)
- Strawberries
HOW TO MAKE THE HEALTHY TRUFFLES:
- Soak the dates in water to soften them. (Medjool dates are already soft so you can skip this step) and then drain the water.
- Put the dates, cocoa powder, nut butter and vanilla extract in a food processor and mix it up.
- Divide the mixture into 12 pieces and roll into 12 balls.
- Cover each ball with diced up strawberries.
- Place on a tray and let the bites firm up in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
