Check Out The New ALLIS Sensor!

The ALLIS Sensor is a new device to check your food for hidden gluten.

The name ALLIS comes from a combination of two words: Allergen plus Analysis

The ALLIS sensor has 3 simple steps after you download the ALLIS Sensor App onto your smartphone.

The ALLIS Sensor not only detects if your food contains gluten, but also calculates exactly how many parts per million (PPM) of gluten found in the item.  The ALLIS Sensor can also test non-edible items such as shampoos, lotions, and makeup.

A food item can be labeled gluten free, if it contains less than 20 PPM of gluten. Knowing the PPM of gluten in each item allows you to make an educated decision on whether or not to consume the item. For example, enough servings of something that contains 16 PPM may cause health issues.
