February is Heart Health Month and we’re celebrating with an adventure! Feeling supported and socially connected are both important components of heart health and mental wellbeing.
In honor of Heart Health Month, let’s show our hearts some love! We’ll combine movement (any kind you like – walking, swimming, housework, table tennis) with heart-healthy nutrition to fuel our bodies as we virtually trek the Grand Canyon from rim-to-rim. Together, we can improve our heart health with this fun and FREE adventure!
